New head coach John Harbaugh brings in familiar faces from his time with the Ravens.

Published on Feb. 13, 2026

The New York Giants have announced their full coaching staff for the 2026 NFL season under new head coach John Harbaugh. The staff features 15 coaches who previously worked with Harbaugh during his time with the Baltimore Ravens, as well as three holdovers from the Giants' 2025 coaching staff.

Why it matters

The Giants are hoping that Harbaugh's familiarity with many of the coaches on his new staff will help provide stability and continuity as the team looks to bounce back from a disappointing 2025 season. Retaining some key members of the previous coaching staff also signals a desire for a smooth transition.

The details

The Giants' 2026 coaching staff includes defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson, assistant head coach/special teams coordinator Chris Horton, and a number of other former Ravens assistants. Three coaches - run game coordinator/outside linebackers coach Charlie Bullen, tight ends coach Tim Kelly, and wide receivers coach Chad Hall - will remain on staff after working for the Giants in 2025.
