Coral Gables, Florida-based franchise company Fresh Dining Concepts is expanding its presence on Long Island with new Nothing Bundt Cakes stores in Levittown and Plainview, as well as a PopUp Bagels location in Westhampton Beach. The company, which owns and operates over 350 franchised locations across the U.S., is bringing these popular bakery chains to Long Island communities.

The new Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Levittown will open on March 16 in the Nassau Mall shopping center, marking the chain's fourth location on Long Island. Fresh Dining Concepts also plans to open another Nothing Bundt Cakes in Plainview later this year. Additionally, the company will open a 1,500-square-foot PopUp Bagels store in Westhampton Beach in May, the third Long Island location for the bagel chain.
