The incidents occurred in Queensbury, Watervliet, Lake George, and Ballston Spa, with the drivers recording blood alcohol content (BAC) levels ranging from 0.18% to 0.27%.

In the Queensbury incident on April 3, 40-year-old Philip D. Joseph was arrested after a property damage collision, recording a 0.18% BAC. On April 4, Sean P. Kilhullen, 34, of Waterford, was arrested on I-787 in Watervliet for Aggravated DWI with a 0.19% BAC. Also on April 4, Ryan N. Black, 36, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Lake George with a 0.27% BAC - and had a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. Finally, on April 5, Adam L. Rodick, 30, of Ballston Spa, was arrested on South Street with a 0.22% BAC.
