According to Theresa Gaisser, the deputy CEO of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, northbound traffic on the Nevada side of the I-15 had a weekly average of 159,000 travelers in April 2025, while southbound traffic averaged 156,600 per week. The RTC anticipates a 2% increase in weekly traffic volumes this April compared to 2025. Gaisser advises that the least amount of traffic on the Nevada side of the I-15 going from Las Vegas to Los Angeles is from midnight to 6 a.m., and Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the lowest traffic days. However, upcoming events in Las Vegas like concerts, conventions, and sporting events could impact traffic in the area.

• In April 2024, northbound traffic had a 135,400 weekly average of travelers on the I-15's Nevada side, southbound had 141,500 travelers per week on average.
