What they’re saying

“He just had such big moments and he shows his versatility. He's a big and strong kid, but he can flat shoot the basketball too, and that's where his game's growing. He's going to put the ball on the floor more in the next couple of years and lead the break and show that he can play four positions.”

— Rob Salter, Greenfield School head coach

“The best thing about the season that he had for us, he was just able to provide a presence inside. You couldn't really if you got to the paint and you saw him. So he really helped us defensively. And also, anytime he was able to make the defense collapse when we threw the ball to him, which opened it up for other guys.”

— Roland Loftin, Fike High head coach

“Man, he showed up when it counted and he was just a leader for us all year, on and off the court. I'm proud of him, as a dad and as a coach. His leadership was outstanding.”

— Roland Loftin, Fike High head coach
