The details

In a message posted to social media, the resort thanked the community that helped shape the winter, from racers and park riders to beginners taking their first turns on the mountain. The season also marked the debut of Cataloochee's new Doppelmayr quad lift, which carried skiers and riders throughout the winter. According to general manager Travis Worrell, cold stretches in January and early February helped deliver strong conditions and solid skier turnout during the heart of the season.
