Expanding coffee chain 7 Brew is planning to open several new locations in the Triad area of North Carolina, according to business filings. Franchisee Piedmont Beverage Co., a subsidiary of investment group WJ Partners, is behind the expansion, which will bring 7 Brew's drive-thru coffee, energy drinks, smoothies, and other beverages to cities like Burlington, Archdale, Walkertown, and Whitsett.

Piedmont Beverage Co. has filed paperwork for 7 Brew locations at four Triad addresses: 580 Huffman Mill Rd in Burlington, 10205 South Main Street in Archdale, 5180 Reidsville Road in Walkertown, and 69505 W. Interstate Ct in Whitsett. The company previously announced plans to open 100 7 Brew locations across the Carolinas and Georgia. Currently, the Triad region has one 7 Brew store open in High Point, with additional outposts coming soon to Mooresville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Hickory, Clemmons and Mt. Airy.
