The Jacksonville woman was pronounced dead at a Columbia hospital about two hours after the crash. Her 15-year-old passenger was flown to Columbia for treatment of serious injuries. The Green Castle driver sustained minor injuries, while her 59-year-old passenger had moderate injuries. Both were also taken to Columbia for medical care.
