The Jewell County Record (JCR) newspaper is hosting a countywide dance-music challenge, inviting families, friends, coworkers, classrooms, teams, businesses, clubs, and solo performers to submit short videos of themselves dancing or playing music. The deadline for video submissions is March 13, and the videos will be compiled into a community celebration reel.
