AgrIInstitute, a nonprofit organization focused on leadership development and communication in Indiana's agricultural industry, has announced the members of Class 22 of its Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program (ALP). The program is a two-year initiative that brings together farmers, agribusiness professionals, and rural leaders to study the challenges facing modern agriculture and rural communities.
Why it matters
The ALP program is designed to expand participants' understanding of food and agriculture systems while strengthening their leadership skills and exposing them to issues at the local, national, and global levels. Graduates of the program go on to serve in leadership roles that advance agriculture and strengthen rural communities across Indiana.

Class 22 includes 25 participants from across Indiana, representing a diverse range of backgrounds and roles within the agricultural industry. The program curriculum includes a series of seminars, a policy-focused visit to Washington, D.C., and an international study tour. Over the next two years, the participants will explore a wide range of leadership topics and gain a deeper understanding of Indiana's agricultural landscape.
