The details

The new Teklab laboratory, officially opened in February 2026, features cutting-edge analytical equipment and capabilities for testing drinking water, ground water, oil and petrochemicals, wastewater, air, pharmaceuticals, soil, and more. Case Engineering's scope included designing the tilt-up concrete wall panels as well as the facility's steel framing and foundation. General contractor ARCO Construction Company built the project, with GMA Architects serving as the architect.
