The Joliet West girls track and field team won its own Salute to Military Invitational on Saturday, with Plainfield South, Plainfield East, and Joliet Catholic also earning event titles. In other action, the Joliet Central badminton team captured the championship at the Elk Grove Village Invitational, and there were notable results in baseball, softball, boys volleyball, girls soccer, and boys lacrosse across the region.
