Paddles Up Poke, a beloved local poke restaurant in Boise, Idaho, has opened its sixth location in Meridian, Idaho. The new 10 Mile Road spot joins the brand's other locations in downtown Boise, Boise State University, downtown Nampa, downtown Eagle, and The Village at Meridian.
