For the third year in a row, the AC/GC Chargers wrestling team will send six athletes to the state wrestling tournament. The Chargers competed at the regional tournament hosted at Colfax-Mingo, where six of their wrestlers secured a spot at the state tournament, including three who competed at state last year.

At the regional tournament, senior Chase Slaybaugh placed second in the 120 weight class, senior Charlie Christensen won the 144 weight division, and junior Ryder Cline took second in the 150 weight class. Sophomore Lane Stringer, along with seniors Carter Richter and Jack Sheeder, all secured second place finishes in the 157, 215, and 285 weight classes respectively.
