Simpson College's late-inning surge hands Central College a tough conference loss in the 150th meeting between the two baseball rivals.Pella TodayThe Simpson College baseball team traveled to Pella, Iowa on Tuesday to take on the Central Dutch in the 150th meeting between the two teams. After falling behind 1-0 early, Simpson rallied to take a 4-1 lead by the 7th inning. Central cut the deficit to 4-2, but Simpson blew the game open with a 3-run home run in the 8th to win 8-3.
