Georgia Natural Gas' free electronics recycling event at Lenox Square aims to make sustainable living more accessible for the Atlanta community.Atlanta TodayGeorgia Natural Gas, the state's leading natural gas provider, is inviting Atlanta residents and businesses to participate in a free electronics recycling event at Lenox Square on April 25th. The event, held in partnership with Lenox Square and eWaste/ePlanet, is part of GNG's long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship, having offset nearly 1 billion pounds of CO₂e through its Greener Life carbon offset program.

The details
During the event, community members can drop off a wide range of electronic devices, including cell phones, computers, monitors, TVs, printers, radios, and fax machines. The items will be recycled by eWaste/ePlanet, an R2-certified electronics recycling and data destruction provider. Volunteers will be on-site to assist with the drop-off process. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about enrolling in GNG's Greener Life program and enter giveaways, including a chance to win a $1,000 Simon gift card.
- The electronics recycling event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
