The incident happened around 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday when the woman, Brittany Jacks, was driving a Chevrolet Trax southbound on Cumberland Parkway and allegedly tried to turn onto Mt. Wilkinson Parkway, entering the path of a northbound Mercedes E320.
