A 38-year-old Miami man named Yudier Fabregat Martell has been arrested and charged with grand theft of cargo, grand theft of a vehicle, and dealing in stolen property after allegedly stealing a trailer containing over $105,000 worth of impact windows from a warehouse in Sweetwater, Florida.

The next day, the trailer was discovered missing. Surveillance video showed two suspects arriving with a freightliner and attaching it to the trailer before driving off. Investigators traced the getaway vehicle, a Chevrolet Equinox, back to Fabregat Martell, who had the same physical characteristics as the suspect seen on video and whose cellphone was at the scene at the time of the theft.
