The retrofit retains much of the existing structure while upgrading the building envelope, office spaces, and client experience areas to optimize efficiency and sustainability.

The details
The renovations include new office areas, break rooms, shared workstations, and an updated client experiential space. The facility now houses over 21,000 square feet of insulating metal wall panels and 30,000 square feet of insulating metal roof panels, along with Kingspan's other facade, insulation, skylights, and ductwork solutions. Kingspan retained and reused major portions of the existing structure, recycled project materials, and donated 3,000 ceiling tiles to local businesses, with 99% of construction waste diverted from landfill.
