Hilary Duff has announced 'The Lucky Me Tour,' her first full-scale global headlining tour in nearly two decades. The tour will include stops throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, in support of her new album 'lucky...or something' set to release on February 20.
