A sleek, modern sculpture inspired by Peyton Manning's football career serves as a symbolic centerpiece for his new Colorado-rooted restaurant concept.Denver TodayFormer NFL quarterback Peyton Manning is partnering with the Denver-based Gastamo Group on a proposed $30 million dining and entertainment complex in Littleton, Colorado. The project, dubbed 1st Street Farms, would feature a 15,000-square-foot restaurant serving 'Southern-inspired but Colorado-rooted' cuisine, as well as a 13,000-square-foot event space, a community park, and other amenities.
Why it matters
This project represents Manning's second foray into the Denver-area restaurant market, as he previously owned 31 Papa John's franchise locations in Colorado before selling them in 2018. The development is also part of a broader trend of celebrity athletes and entertainers getting involved in the restaurant and hospitality industries, often using their brand recognition and connections to attract customers.
The details
The 1st Street Farms complex would occupy five vacant acres at the intersection of South Santa Fe Drive and Mineral Avenue in Littleton's RiverPark area. The restaurant would feature dishes inspired by Manning's roots in New Orleans and his college years at the University of Tennessee, such as shrimp and grits, oysters, and 'classic Americana dishes' that blend comfort food and Rocky Mountain cuisine. The event space, called the Field House, would be capable of hosting up to 450 guests for weddings, concerts, and other gatherings. The plans also include a community park with a turf football field, landscaped gardens, and space for events.
- The project was presented to the Littleton City Council on Monday, April 16, 2026.
- Gastamo Group is seeking tax incentives and fee waivers from the City of Littleton to make the project viable.

What’s next
The Littleton City Council discussed the developers' proposal and requested tax incentives for the first time on Tuesday evening. The project remains in the conceptual stage and will require further approvals from the city before moving forward.
The takeaway
This project represents Peyton Manning's continued involvement in the Denver-area business community, leveraging his celebrity status and brand recognition to develop a unique dining and entertainment destination.
