Collegiate Peaks Bank, a division of Glacier Bancorp based in Kalispell, Montana, has opened its first branch in Fort Collins, Colorado. The new 8,728-square-foot location at 1130 Haxton Drive was previously home to a KeyBank branch that closed in 2024. Collegiate Peaks signaled its intent to enter the Fort Collins market in 2023 by establishing a loan-production office in the city.

Why it matters

The expansion into Fort Collins marks Collegiate Peaks' first permanent presence in Northern Colorado, complementing its existing branches in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Salida. As Glacier Bancorp continues to grow, with recent acquisitions in Texas, the new Fort Collins location will allow the bank to serve customers across a wider geographic area from Colorado Springs to the Wyoming border.
