Voters in the town of Berthoud, Colorado overwhelmingly rejected a proposed 81-home development called the Revere Development in the April 7 municipal election, with 2,625 'no' votes compared to 1,140 'yes' votes on the ballot measure to approve the project. A complementary measure to limit housing density on the same property also passed, 2,577 to 1,185.
