Pitman FFA Celebrates Busy March with Competitions, Scholarships, and State Convention

Pitman FFA started March with a volleyball tournament, where their team advanced to the championship game. Members also competed in regional public speaking competitions, with two students qualifying for the state level. The chapter held its monthly meeting at a trampoline park, organized a Spring Basket Drive, and had several students receive community scholarships. A group of 11 Pitman FFA members attended the California State FFA Convention, where they participated in workshops, met with colleges and businesses, and had members compete in Agriscience and run for state office.

Pitman FFA's March was filled with a variety of events and accomplishments. The month started with a volleyball tournament, where the chapter's team won their first two games before falling in the championship match. In the regional public speaking competition, two Pitman FFA members placed in their divisions, with one advancing to the state level. The chapter also held its monthly meeting at a trampoline park, collected donations for a Spring Basket Drive, and had four members receive scholarships from the Turlock Chambers of Commerce. Eleven Pitman FFA members attended the California State FFA Convention, where they participated in workshops, met with colleges and businesses, and had members compete in Agriscience and run for state office.
