The 2026 Annual Ballot Counting Meeting of the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) will be held on Tuesday, June 2, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4 in Seal Beach, California. There are nine director seats up for election across the even-numbered Mutuals, with candidates listed on the ballot. Shareholders must return their Mutual and GRF ballots by mail, in person, or at the meeting on June 2 in order for their votes to be counted.
