Fieldguide, an AI-native platform built for audit and advisory practices, has secured $75m in a Series C funding round led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The San Francisco-based company has now raised $125m in total funding, valuing it at around $700m.

The details
The funding round also included new investor Geodesic, as well as existing backers Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC and Thomson Reuters. Fieldguide said the proceeds will enable the company to help audit and advisory practices 'grow with agentic AI'. The company's software is used by 'half of the Top 100 US accounting firms', including Baker Tilly, BDO, CBIZ, Forvis Mazars, Grant Thornton, KPMG and RSM US.
