The city of Livermore and Zone 7 Water Agency are inviting Tri-Valley residents to help transform a portion of Madeira Park into a water-wise garden for Earth Day. The free event on Saturday will provide step-by-step guidance on removing lawn, converting to drip irrigation, and learning water conservation techniques and resources.
