Blaize and NeoTensr's co-branded AI edge data center infrastructure aims to power the next wave of intelligent, responsive systems across Asia Pacific's rapidly expanding edge computing market.El Dorado Hills TodayBlaize, a leader in programmable AI computing, and NeoTensr, a hardware and software system integrator, have announced an up to $50 million contract to jointly develop and deploy co-branded AI edge data center infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region. The agreement builds on a previous $20 million order, bringing the total potential value of the partnership to $70 million. The solution combines Blaize's Hybrid AI architecture, which enables both real-time computer vision and advanced language model inference on the same edge platform, with NeoTensr's expertise in large-scale edge data center deployments.
Why it matters
This partnership targets the rapidly growing edge data center market in Asia Pacific, where enterprises are demanding more intelligent, responsive AI systems at the edge without relying on distant cloud infrastructure. Blaize's Hybrid AI approach, which collapses the boundary between edge and cloud processing, provides a competitive advantage by enabling a single, unified platform for real-time perception and sophisticated reasoning and analytics.
The details
The co-branded AI server is based on Blaize's quad card configuration and can handle over 200 simultaneous camera streams with advanced AI analytics. This platform combines Blaize's Graph Streaming Processor (GSP) for computer vision workloads with GPU-based infrastructure for running state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs) — all within the same edge infrastructure. This hybrid approach allows NeoTensr to offer customers a single, unified AI platform that spans real-time perception and sophisticated reasoning and analytics.
- In Q4 2025, NeoTensr placed a $20 million order with Blaize.
- The new $50 million contract is expected to generate revenue within the first year of the partnership.
The players
Blaize
A leader in programmable, energy-efficient AI computing, providing a Hybrid AI architecture that combines the Blaize GSP (Graph Streaming Processor) with GPU-based infrastructure.
NeoTensr
A hardware and software system integrator actively building AI-enabled infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on scalable, production-ready AI systems for smart cities, industrial, and enterprise markets.
Liang Wang
The CEO of NeoTensr.
Ke Yin
The Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of Blaize.
Dinakar Munagala
The Co-Founder and CEO of Blaize.
What they’re saying
“NeoTensr is not just deploying AI infrastructure — we are building the compute backbone that will power the next decade of intelligent cities, industrial systems, and data-driven enterprise across Asia Pacific. We evaluated every major AI platform in the market. Blaize was the only one that could deliver the performance, efficiency, and full-stack flexibility we needed to build at this scale and win. We are moving fast, the pipeline is deep, and this up to $50 million contract is the beginning of something much larger.”
— Liang Wang, CEO of NeoTensr
“What makes this deployment technically significant is that we are not partitioning the workload between edge and cloud — we are collapsing that boundary entirely. The Blaize GSP handles continuous yet dynamic, low-latency computer vision at the sensor layer, while our hybrid architecture simultaneously runs LLM and VLM inference on the same physical infrastructure. Processing 200+ camera streams per server with that level of analytical depth is not achievable on conventional hardware. NeoTensr recognized that, and it's why this platform will define the standard for intelligent edge data centers across the region.”
— Ke Yin, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist, Blaize
“The edge data center market in Asia Pacific is one of the clearest proof points that AI inference at the edge is not a future trend — it's happening now, at scale. NeoTensr's infrastructure buildout across the region is exactly the kind of deployment our Hybrid AI architecture was designed for: real-time, multi-stream, AI-dense environments where neither pure cloud nor legacy edge hardware can meet the demand. This is the market we built Blaize to win.”
— Dinakar Munagala, Co-Founder and CEO of Blaize
What’s next
The partnership between Blaize and NeoTensr is expected to continue expanding, with the potential for additional contracts and deployments across the Asia Pacific region as the edge data center market continues to grow.
The takeaway
This collaboration between Blaize and NeoTensr demonstrates the power of Hybrid AI architectures to enable intelligent, responsive edge computing solutions that can handle both real-time perception and advanced reasoning and analytics, positioning them to define the standard for edge data centers in the rapidly evolving Asia Pacific market.
