On the women's side, Blessing Akintoye had an outstanding meet, winning the 200m with a new school record time of 22.95 seconds, which ties the 15th fastest time in NCAA Division II outdoor history. She also won the 400m with a time of 53.11 seconds. In the 100m, Akintoye broke her own school record with a time of 11.21 seconds, the fastest time in Division II so far this season. In the 400m hurdles, Adeola Akintoye finished second with the third fastest time in program history (57.88 seconds). On the field side, Erin Gassen won the triple jump with a mark of 12.37m, while Kaitlyn Hatfield finished second in the hammer throw with a toss of 54.71m, ranking her ninth on the WT outdoor all-time list.
