This strategic acquisition significantly expands VitaWorks' production capacity, technical capabilities, and national manufacturing footprint, allowing the company to further broaden its form factor and delivery system offerings for partners.

The details
The Phlex facility includes fully environmentally controlled production suites designed to handle sensitive ingredients and complex formulations. VitaWorks is also expanding its partnership with Döhler to establish a Döhler Flavor Lab within the Phlex facility, creating a dedicated center for flavor development, natural food technology, and custom extract innovation. With the addition of Phlex, VitaWorks' family of companies now encompasses over 450,000 square feet of manufacturing capabilities across Arizona, New Jersey, and Florida.
