At the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Ernest Cheruiyot broke the program record in the men's 10,000 meters with a time of 27:41.59, surpassing the previous mark by over 10 seconds. Meanwhile, at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Jelani Watkins won the men's 200 in 20.35 and the 100 in a wind-aided 9.82, which tied for the 8th fastest time in collegiate history. Watkins also helped the 4x400 relay team post a collegiate-leading time of 38.62. Other Razorbacks with standout performances included Asia Thomas in the women's 200, Josphine Mwaura in the women's 10,000, Sanaria Butler in the women's 400, and Scottie Vines in the men's high jump.
