29 New Arkansas Law Enforcement Officers Graduate from Central Academy

Cadets complete rigorous training program in Benton, Arkansas

The Arkansas Division on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (ADLEST) has recognized the graduation of Class 2026-A from the Central Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) in Benton. After months of demanding training, these 29 cadets have earned the distinction of becoming Arkansas law enforcement officers, prepared to serve their communities with honor and professionalism.

The ALETA curriculum provides comprehensive training to ensure each graduate is ready for the realities of law enforcement, including legal instruction, tactical skills, crisis response, physical fitness, and ethical decision-making. This graduation marks the beginning of the graduates' careers in public service.

The details

The graduates and their agencies are as follows: Jace Nicholson, Conway P.D. (Class Leader); Wesley Holt, Harrisburg P.D. (Assistant Class Leader); Joshua Bauer, Cabot P.D. (Squad A Leader); and 26 other new officers from departments across central Arkansas. Special recognition and awards were presented to cadets who achieved the highest scores in academics, physical fitness, firearms, and emergency vehicle operations.
