Hartselle Educator Hall of Fame to Induct 5 New Members

The Hartselle Educator Hall of Fame has announced five new inductees for the Class of 2026, who will be celebrated at the 10th annual Hartselle Educator Hall of Fame Banquet on February 28, 2026 at Burningtree Country Club in Decatur, Alabama. The inductees represent a wide range of service and impact across generations, including leadership in athletics, development of health science programs, classroom instruction and counseling, advocacy for English language learners, and decades of service to Hartselle Elementary School.

This year's inductees are Brenda Parr Spencer, Judy Weaver Praytor, Mary Gem Johnson, Rose Stansberry, and Charlie Williams. The event will include a meet-and-greet at 5:15 p.m. followed by the banquet at 6 p.m. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at the Hartselle City Schools Central Office or online at hartselletigers.org, with sales ending on February 23. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Morgan County Task Force and provide scholarships to education majors nearing degree completion.
