A mock trial event helps police officers understand the rigors of civil litigation against law enforcement.Today in BirminghamThe Civil Nuclear Constabulary's (CNC) Legal Services team worked with leading barristers and legal professionals to deliver a civil mock trial as a unique training opportunity for those who manage the investigation of civil claims for compensation resulting from health and safety incidents. In addition to CNC colleagues, representatives from West Midlands Police, Staffordshire Constabulary, and the Metropolitan Police Service took part in the event hosted by the CNC's solicitor partners, DWF, at their Birmingham offices.
