About Robert Feasley
Robert Feasley is a content designer and UX writer who has built a career at the intersection of language, product, and user experience. Operating from the conviction that language is the interface, Feasley designs the words, systems, and narrative frameworks that shape how millions of people interact with the products they use every day.
His most recent chapter has been at Block, the financial technology company behind Cash App and Square, where he serves as Principal Content Designer. In this role, he has led narrative and product language for new banking features — including a Cash App Card and direct deposit program that has added more than six million active customers since launch and achieved 22 percent year-over-year growth. His work on this program trended nationally on X at launch, a metric that speaks to both the scale of his reach and the effectiveness of his communication design.
Prior to Block, Feasley completed a contract UX writing engagement at Apple, where he designed language for real-time sports play-by-play features — work that required him to capture the emotional pace of live fan experience within tight product constraints. His portfolio also includes content design work at Stord, a logistics technology company, and an AI-powered fitness startup called Tempo, where he designed the conversational voice and readiness scoring system for an AI strength coach.
At National Today, Feasley brings a product writer’s precision and a designer’s eye for how structure creates meaning to holiday and lifestyle content — producing pieces that are as purposeful in their construction as they are engaging in their delivery.
