On Interstate 80 near Patrick Draw, WYDOT will switch traffic to head-to-head in the westbound lanes from mile marker 141 to 155 for pavement rehabilitation, closing the eastbound Bitter Creek Rest Area for the duration of the work which is set to wrap up by October 31.
