Vagnozzi worked in refrigeration at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation and also taught physical education at St. Anthony School for several years. He was known for his Italian heritage and hosting the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner on Christmas Eve. Vagnozzi is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dreama (Yurkosky) Vagnozzi, his son Anthony, his dog Ziggy, and other family members.
