A caisson permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 2240 N. Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Planned by Kiferbaum Development Group, the 6-story, 80-foot project will feature 50 dwelling units, 10 of them affordable, 5,500 square feet of retail space, 11 car parking spaces, and 50 bike parking spaces.

Prindiville St. The residential lobby will front W. Prindiville St, with 11 car parking spaces and a 50-bike parking room on the ground floor. The upper five floors will have 10 residential units per floor, with an overall unit mix of 5 studios, 20 one-beds, and 25 two-beds. Residents will have access to an amenity space and outdoor rooftop deck.
