A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development at 4301 N. Milwaukee in Chicago. Planned by 4301 Milwaukee LLC, the project will include a four-story building with 9 residential units, 2,300 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 14 parking spaces, and 7 bike parking spaces.
