The U.S. Post Office building located at 606 E. Juneau Ave. in Milwaukee's Yankee Hill neighborhood has been sold for $8.5 million. The 37,450-square-foot property, built in 1975 on a 0.87-acre site, was sold by two Illinois-based entities to St. Louis-based Postal Building & Leasing Co.
