Kyle Kuntz has been named Senior Vice President, overseeing the loan officer team and leading sales efforts. Nick Drewsen has been appointed Senior Vice President, continuing to serve lenders across southern Wisconsin. Randy Kyle has returned to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing key business functions.

Nick Drewsen, who joined WBD in 2007 as a credit analyst, has been appointed Senior Vice President and will continue to serve lenders across southern Wisconsin to originate 504 loan projects. Randy Kyle, who previously held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2020, has returned to that position and will oversee accounting, human resources, IT, administration, marketing, governance, and compliance.
