Graham Ike scored 30 points in his return from an ankle injury to lead No. 6 Gonzaga to a 73-65 victory over Saint Mary's on Saturday night in West Coast Conference play. Jalen Warley and Emmanuel Innocenti also scored 10 points each for the Bulldogs, who won their 15th consecutive game. Joshua Dent scored 16 points and Paulius Murauskas added 15 for the Gaels, who have dropped two of their last four games.
Why it matters
Gonzaga is one of the top college basketball programs in the country, and this win helps them maintain their position in the rankings and their dominance in the West Coast Conference. Saint Mary's is also a strong program, so this was an important conference matchup between two of the better teams in the region.
