A head-on collision on Highway 101 near Sequim, Washington on Monday night left one driver injured and the other driver arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular assault. The crash occurred just after 8:15 p.m. when an eastbound vehicle crossed the center line and struck a westbound vehicle head-on.
