Musgrove was identified as the driver and did not have a valid driver's license or vehicle documents. She claimed the vehicle was not stolen and that she was transporting it and the two dogs as a favor to the owner. However, the victim's residence showed signs of forced entry and appeared ransacked. Musgrove was detained and later arrested on charges related to the incident as well as an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault.
