After six years in business, the owners of two popular Bellingham, Washington food trucks, The Galley Fish and Chips and Galley2GoToo, have announced they will be closing and selling the trucks permanently at the end of the summer in 2026. The owners cited 'life throwing us some curveballs' as the reason for the difficult decision.

Why it matters

The closure of these two beloved food trucks is a significant loss for the Bellingham community, which has supported the businesses over the past six years. The Galley trucks were a fixture in the local food scene, offering fresh and delicious seafood options to residents and visitors.

The Galley Fish and Chips truck is open regularly from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at 1225 Roeder Ave. in Bellingham. The owners stated they will not be listing the trucks for sale after the closure, and gift cards will be accepted until the final day.
