In a week-long operation, Virginia State Police (VSP), in partnership with federal and local agencies, seized over $1.9 million worth of illegal narcotics across the Commonwealth. The haul included nearly 92 pounds of marijuana, 60 pounds of methamphetamine, 4.3 pounds of fentanyl, and other drugs. VSP also recovered $711,860 in U.S. currency and $691,000 in cryptocurrency, as well as 7 firearms.

Through a partnership with federal and local agencies, between Jan. 28 and Feb. 3, state troopers seized over 157 pounds of illegal narcotics across the Commonwealth. This included nearly 92 pounds of marijuana, 60 pounds of methamphetamine, 4.3 pounds of fentanyl, 11.4 ounces of cocaine, 6.5 ounces of crack cocaine and 3.1 ounces of psilocybin, as well as 200 fentanyl pills, 40 ecstasy pills, 9 adderall pills and 175 THC vapes. VSP said these illegal drugs would have generated $1,943,970 if sold.
