Rodriguez-Lopez and two passengers, Aylin Gil Deleon, 21, of Fairfax, and a 16-year-old juvenile, were pronounced dead at the scene. An additional adult female passenger was flown to a local hospital in life-threatening condition, and another adult female passenger was transported with non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives believe alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
