Industry-wide initiative to collaborate on developing the next generation of service management technology

Decisiv, Inc., the industry leader in Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, announced an industry-wide initiative supported by OEMs, dealers, component suppliers, and service and technology partners. Founding members of the SRM Alliance include Decisiv, PACCAR, Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Hino Trucks, and KPIT. The SRM Alliance will focus on transforming service workflows, developing new features and capabilities for the Decisiv SRM platform, and aligning industry leaders to elevate service efficiency and reduce days out of service for fleets.

The details

The SRM Alliance will be directed by an executive committee comprised of the founding members and will include OEM members, Associate members from independent dealer groups, and Affiliate members consisting of SRM Ecosystem technology partners. The initial focus of the alliance will be on automating routine service management processes, enhancing workflows to improve efficiency and visibility, and enabling seamless integration across technologies and dealership management systems.
