Reston Art Gallery and Studios Hosts 9th Annual Invitational Exhibition

The Reston Art Gallery and Studios (RAGS) will host its 9th Annual Invitational exhibition from March 7 to 29, 2026. The show will feature a variety of contemporary art including mixed media works, pottery, photography, found art sculptures, and paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor. Each of the seven RAGS artists selected a special guest artist with a compatible style to exhibit alongside them.

The 9th Annual Invitational exhibition will be open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Reston Art Gallery and Studios, located at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston, Virginia. A reception to meet the artists will be held on Sunday, March 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The exhibition will feature works by RAGS artists Pat Macintyre, Doug Fuller, Jennifer Duncan, Sandra Dovberg, Rosemarie Forsythe, Julia Tova Malakoff, and Marthe McGrath, as well as their guest artists Nirmala Iyer, Lawrence S. Schieken, Chi Negin, Jenise Dorf, Doug Schulte, and Jeremy Graboyes. RAGS fiber artist Cindy Grisdela will also showcase her art.
