Several Richmond restaurants are bringing back their 'Pay What You Can Day' event, this time expanding it to a week-long initiative across Virginia. Twelve restaurants in Richmond, Glen Allen, Henrico, Petersburg, and Norfolk/Virginia Beach will offer 'pay-what-you-can' meals and community wellness classes from February 18-23 in honor of Black History Month.
